  JOB REQUIREMENTS     Education         High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in nutrition, healthcare, or a related field preferred. An associates degree in an applied science or health care is desirable.     Experience       Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a NICU or pediatric unit, is highly desirable. Experience in pharmacy, lactation support, or lab work is a plus.  Certification as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe is preferred.     Physical     This is a safety sensitive position.
