Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Hawaii Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Applicants must obtain Hawaii PT license as soon as possible. Current BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience providing PT evaluations and treatments across inpatient acute, ICU, med/surg, SNF and outpatient clinic settings.
