Summary GENERAL SUMMARY: The Mammographer performs mammography procedures under the supervision of a qualified physician. Uses x-ray technology and techniques to assist in the screening and diagnosis of patient medical problems for patients throughout the age continuum. PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values. 2. Performs all types of mammography studies to include screening, diagnostic and interventional procedures; practices radiation safety for patients, staff and self. 3.
