JOB REQUIREMENTS Education  Required Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program. Must be licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Arkansas. Must hold the RRT credential (CRT may be considered if one can obtain RRT credential within 3 months in the role). RRT/CRT must be in active status on the NBRC website. Current BLS certification; PALS and NRP certified. Experience At least 1 year of critical experiences required; previous experience in this area is desirable but not required.
