We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a hospital-based team in a full-time, permanent role within an independent practice environment. This position offers a unique and highly desirable rotating schedule of two weeks on followed by one week off, totaling approximately scheduled working weeks per year and weeks off for personal time, vacation, CME, and holidays. During scheduled weeks, CRNAs typically work Monday through Friday from approximately 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with hours varying based on daily caseload. Weekends and holidays are call-only, with shared call responsibilities from home. Providers must be able to respond onsite within 30 minutes when called. Post-call days remain scheduled workdays; however, flexibility is built in to allow early dismissal following busy overnight shifts.
