Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg 4 East Unit Summit, WI, United States Where You Will Work: 4 East Medical Surgical is an 18 bed unit that cares for a vast variety of medical and post-operative patient with an emphasis on observation status. Observation patients generally stay on the unit 24-48 hours. Common diagnoses included but are not limited to: chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, migraine/headache, allergic conditions, asthma, COPD, DVT/VTE, syncope, skin and soft tissue infection, dehydration, electrolyte abnormalities, hypo/hyperglycemia, routine post-op patients, and renal colic.
