The Critical Care Medicine Division of the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a post-Acute Care APP Fellow to add to its practice of 50 Attendings with 10 Board-certified intensivists and 24 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as we expand our current service line. Under the supervision of clinical mentors, the APP Fellow is a 12-month position that will consist of precept clinical practice, didactic teaching, and simulation skills training. Dynamic and unique Perioperative Nurse Internship: includes a six-month on the job training to perform limited scrub duties and extensive circulation duties in perioperative services. Previous RN experience excluding the OR is preferred, but new graduate RN’s are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must agree to work a minimum of 18 months following completion of the perioperative internship. Hours of employment may be on any shift and on any day of the week.
