Job Description Summary The Medical Technologist is responsible for performing laboratory testing assigned to the department. Recognize unusual test results and resolve discrepancies. Ability to establish work priorities and handle several procedures simultaneously including troubleshooting instruments and other problems/issues. The Pee Dee region consists of three hospitals: Florence SC, Marion SC, and Black River SC. All are located within a short drive from one another. This community-based practice uses a streamlined, multidisciplinary approach to provide high quality, compassionate care to patients in the Pee Dee region.
