Registered Nurses on PAV A 9200 of the Trauma Acute Care Surgical Service Line care for primarily adult patients with complex medical conditions resulting from trauma and acute care surgical procedures. This unit is a progressive care trained area which focuses on: all surgical subspecialties (i.e. orthopedic, vascular, ENT , plastics, gyn-onc), continuous cardiac monitoring, and extensive wound care. All units utilize self-scheduling to accommodate staff requests and improve staff satisfaction. The University of Kentucky Voice and Swallow Clinic is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment and treatment of a variety of speech, language, and swallowing impairments in patients. This position will be primarily located within the Markey Cancer Center Head, Neck, Respiratory Clinic working alongside our ENT physicians. Experience with Modified Barium Swallow studies, FEES , and tracheo-esophageal prosthesis management is preferred. This position will require complete documentation of all services provided as well as billing of services as part of the patient care process.
