McLaren Greater Lansing is recruiting a Program Director for their General Surgery Residency in Lansing, Michigan. Minimum five years of clinical experience in General Surgery, with three years as a core faculty member in an ACGME accredited General Surgery residency program. The Program Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the General Surgery residency program to ensure high quality education with a comprehensive curriculum. This individual has the authority and accountability for the operations of the program and ensuring that all training meets accreditation standards, with the assistance of the Chief Resident and Program Coordinator.
