About this Job:   Summary MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a  Magnet- designated academic medical center, is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager and/or experienced ICU Nurse, who is eager to manage the Emergency Department and Critical Care Float pool Clinical Nurses. The ideal candidate is both a highly knowledgeable nurse clinician and leader in the area of critical care. They must be a collaborative team player with a strong focus on quality, patient safety and engagement, having a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best practices across clinical operations.
