About this Job: Job Summary:     MedStar Health is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our HEART Team!  We are looking for a licensed social worker with excellent oral communication, writing, organizational skills and abilities, and utilization of approaches and strategies that support and optimize patient care outcomes that are based on the interdisciplinary plan of care.    The primary responsibility of the Behavioral Health Therapist- HEART Team is to deliver behavioral health counseling to beneficiaries served by the HEART Team.
