Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Vascular Technologist position is to perform noninvasive vascular testing on inpatients and outpatients, ensure appropriate and timely documentation of studies performed and maintain laboratory space, supplies, and equipment. This position contributes to an effective performance improvement program for the Vascular Laboratory that is consistent with the overall University Hospital plan and with Intersocietal Committee for Accreditation of Vascular Laboratory (IAC) standards. Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Cytotechnologist position is to provide the Supervisor Cytopathology, cytopathologists, and physicians with accurate and reliable evaluations of cytologic samples. Cytotechnologist assumes independent, meticulous, microscope work and must be comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and work well under pressure. Communicates correct clinical relevant information according to the standardized terminology.
