JOB SUMMARY The Medical Assistant at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for providing patient care, including escorting patients to exam rooms, conducting interviews, measuring vital signs.  The role requires accurate and efficient recordkeeping/documentation, scheduling patient testing and referrals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Medical Assistant must possess good written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the flexibility to respond to rapidly changing patient needs.
