Overview Job Summary  Performs peripheral vascular and/or echocardiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.  Uses independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures.  Works independently on the weekend shift.  Administers medications as prescribed and under the supervision of a physician. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Education:  Require ARDMS or CCI Registration.   Experience – One year of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.   Additional Skills/Abilities – Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Ability to use effective interpersonal relation skills when working with a variety of people and situations. Overview This position represents registered or registry-eligible polysomnographic technologists with a complete and thorough understanding of all processes and procedures related to sleep diagnostics. Patient testing and record scoring are the main functions of this position. Registered Polysomnographic technologists will aide in decision processes as they relate from patient to patient and working with non-registered PSGs, trainees and students. Qualifications RPSGT by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists is preferred upon hiral. Certification of BLS is preferred for hiral processes while mandatory upon completion of the provisional period. Education: High school degree / GED is required.
