JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas. Experience   One (1) year nursing experience is preferred. Certified or willing to certify in OASIS a plus. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to and communicate with the geriatric and adult populations, and to a lesser degree, pediatric populations. Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span. Proficient in nursing skills and documentation. Must be professional, self-assured, courteous, poised, and versatile. Must possess good organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Able to function independently.
