This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys autonomy, case management, and building strong relationships with patients in the home setting. Position Overview The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout the south Denver metro area, including territories extending south of I-70, west toward Golden, east toward Aurora, and beyond Littleton as needed.
