Job Summary The RN - Cardiovascular RN Tech renders direct patient care in accordance with the developmental level of the patient and treats human responses to actual or potential health problems, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the standards established by the State Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, ANA, Standards of Care, and the mission, philosophy, policies and procedures of Wynn Hospital and MVHS. Core Job Responsibilities Applies the nursing process to assess and reassess the patient throughout procedures by observing, collecting and recording data pre, intra and post procedure. Promotes and maintains sterile field environment setting up tables, preparing patients and scrubbing/assisting the EP cardiologist. Operates hemodynamic monitors, computers and documents events during procedures.
