This position includes care of patients with cardiomyopathies, heart failure, transplant, congenital heart disease, and ventricular assist devices. Candidates would be joining two heart failure/heart transplant cardiologists and a newly hired heart failure/transplant physician assistant in the only pediatric heart transplant center in Louisiana. The transplant team is supported by dedicated transplant coordinators, transplant psychologist, transplant social worker, transplant pharmacist, and palliative care team.
