JOB SUMMARY
The Capital Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight and management of capital projects across the NMHS healthcare organization. This role ensures that all capital initiatives—ranging from facility renovations and equipment installations to infrastructure upgrades—are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
This position will directly oversee and manage the Capital Buyer and the Capital Coordinator while working closely with clinical, financial and operational stakeholders within NMHS.
Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, the Capital Manager leads cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope development, budgeting, negotiation, scheduling, procurement, implementation, and closeout.
