Health First is seeking a compassionate APRN to join our growing Bariatric & Weight Management team! Whether you re an experienced APRN or a newer provider looking to grow your skills, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients lives while working in a supportive outpatient setting. Our APRNs care for patients throughout their medical weight-loss journey, providing personalized treatment, education, monitoring, and ongoing support. You ll work closely with patients as they develop sustainable strategies for improving their health and achieving their weight-loss goals. What You ll Do • Evaluate and treat patients participating in medical weight-management programs • Manage patients using GLP-1 medications and other appropriate weight-loss therapies with Health First s NewFit Program • Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and medication management • Provide education, encouragement, and compassionate guidance throughout the weight-loss journey...
