JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Nurse Manager is a supportive role to the Unit Nurse Manager and staff. This role has 24/7 accountability with a focus on improving and sustaining positive patient outcomes, the patient experience, facilitating patient throughput, staff engagement, operations, fiscal and change management. In addition, it will be a requirement for this individual to maintain basic nursing skills as required by their specialty.
