The Nurse Shift Coordinator is responsible for managing operational issues related to patient care. The position serves as a point of contact for patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and external agencies, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving. The role provides on-site support and guides and trains more junior members of the nursing team.
