With more than 6,200 faculty and staff, UF Health in Jacksonville is the largest UF campus outside of Gainesville. UF Health physicians provide primary care and specialty services in practices throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, handling over 650,000 outpatient visits and more than 40,000 inpatient admissions annually. General Summary: The Pediatric APRN or PA-C, under the supervision of the Physician, who acts as the collaborative practitioner, is responsible for: Performs admissions, consultations and follow up care of pediatric patients in the Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU setting, including intubation, ventilator management and other procedures that may be required Managing medical and post-operative ICU patients.
