Apply Description Proficiently performs phlebotomies and special collection procedures on patients of all ages (neonate to geriatric) and employees. Professional application of theories and techniques of phlebotomy are used to provide a quality specimen to be used to produce reliable test results. Maintains supply inventory for phlebotomy.   Education and Formal Training:  Graduate from high school or equivalent. Mathematical, verbal, and writing skills at the high school level. Phlebotomy certification. Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire. Completion of general and job specific competencies.
