Overview: Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)! We are seeking a provider for a Part Time (2-3 days per week) position split between two centers located in Frederick, MD and Walkersville, MD: Autumn Lake Healthcare at Ballenger Creek and Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley.
