Overview About the Role The Section Head Ophthalmology position has direct patient care duties and administrative duties. Performs ophthalmic imaging techniques to include photography-based studies, optical coherence tomography, ophthalmic ultrasound and electro physiologic studies. Plans, organizes and directs the day-to-day activities and functions related to the clinical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the Division of Ophthalmic Imaging. Provides administrative services and support to department management for the Division. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and operating guidelines of the division. Assists in other general office operation in the care of patient requiring Ophthalmology services from ages 0 to above 100 years.
