JOB REQUIREMENTS Education High school diploma or GED required. Must be licensed with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or have an LPN license before the onset of duties.  National certification for pharmacy technicians is preferred , acceptance into a professional post graduate program (medicine or pharmacy), or a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment and ability to work in stressful environments is essential. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, preferably with a major in psychology. Passing grades in college courses in abnormal psychology, personality, psychological statistics, and psychological testing/tests and measurement. “Psychological Testing” means, at a minimum, a course in Psychological Test and Measurement. A course in Individual Tests of Intelligence taught in an accredited undergraduate program is also acceptable. A “passing grade” means a “C” in a letter grading system; a “Pass” in a pass/fail system; or “Satisfactory” in a satisfactory/unsatisfactory grading system.
