Job Summary The Sonographer performs sonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail and performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity to apply prescribed sonography for diagnosis.  The Sonographer assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures and may have individual responsibility for specified sonography procedures and/or may be assigned as an instructor.
