Department: Health Information Days and Shifts: Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 4:30 PM Description: Accurately abstract and code from appropriate documentation in each dismissed patient’s medical record, according to approved policies and procedures and the needs of the department, medical staff, administration, etc. This position may be designated/approved as a telecommuting position subject to approval of management.
