Overview
What You’ll Do Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival. Direct individuals to their appropriate destinations. Utilize the visitor check-in system as needed. Provide support and assistance in the absence of the supervisor.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Bring Required: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in hospitality is preferred. Strong computer skills necessary for daily operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service abilities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual skills are preferred.
