In collaboration with the ADON manages daily and monthly staffing, daily shift assignments, and payroll to obtain efficiency and reduce overtime and agency utilization. Is accessible, approachable, and visible to staff; seeks staff input; and serves as clinical mentor. Actively assists staff on routine matters and is first line of response to problem-solving.
