Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in a skilled nursing facility required. Candidate must have prior experience managing caseloads in long-term care or rehabilitation settings.
