  Job Summary : Provides cardiac and pulmonary rehab services including patient assessment, treatment plan development, exercise instruction, patient education, and outcome measures per professional standards and regulatory guidelines. Performs cardiac monitoring, 12 lead EKGs, and performs standardized testing such as stress tests and 6-minute walk tests. Participates in development of clinical protocols and programming to ensure continuous quality improvement.
