Summary Patient Services Coordinator - front office position handling check-in/ check-out procedures for busy Orthopedic practice in Mt Airy NC and rotating to Elkin as needed.  Duties include: answer phones, make and reschedule appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays and balances due, gather medical records, create charts, update patient information, referrals, pre-certify procedures, misc other tasks - this is not a complete listing.
