Overview Job Summary Perform functions such as operating the washer, dryer, ironer, folders. Sorts and loads soiled linen in wahsers. May be asked to load clean linen on linen exchange carts under the direction of the Laundry Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Sorts soiled linen and places into 400 and 150 lbs. washers. Removes linen from washer and places in dryer. Removes linen from dryers, then runs through ironer or sends to folding area. Operates towel folding machine. Folds linen and loads exchange carts. Completes assisgned goals.

Responsible for assigned shifts and subject to overtime and call back as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Receives, identifies, organizes, and prioritizes specimens to ensure accurate and timely test processing. Performs and reports requested laboratory procedures. Performs quality control, proficiency testing and routine instrument maintenance and inventory control and document as required. Evaluates positive patient identification to reduce analytical and post-analytical error and/or adverse patient outcomes. Assesses, evaluates and draws appropriate conclusions. Follows regulatory requirements, competency requirements and maintains safe laboratory practice. Completes assigned goals.
