Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Home Health experience required. Assignment Details Shift schedule: Monday through Friday. On-call requirement: None. Weekend rotation: 1 weekend per month. Productivity expectation: 30 points per week.
