Job Summary The Supervisor Rehabilitation Therapy is a working team member who is also responsible for providing leadership and oversight to a team of rehabilitation staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, certified occupational therapy assistants, physical therapist assistants, rehab aides and other rehab team members. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services that meet the standards of the organization and regulatory agencies. The Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for department operations and rehab staff.
