Pay DOE according to Union Contract: $21.39-$34.89/hr.  EOE Performs routine nursing procedures as directed by RN.  Assists the RN & LPN with the more acutely ill patients as described.  Helps prepare unit, patient rooms, patient beds for receiving patient admission, returning surgical patient, etc.  Provides morning care and evening care and other general care as necessary, throughout the day (or evening) according to established procedures.  As directed, may set up and assist physician with certain procedures.  Reports pertinent information including any changes observed in condition or behavior of patient.

PAY: According to the Union Contract, DOE, EOE.  Clinic LPN $27.54 – $47.48 Clinic MA $24.66-$37.89 MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operates within the MA/LPN scope of practice delegated by, and under the supervision of, a healthcare practitioner and/or RN. Adheres to professional standards, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements. Has the ability to multi-task. Maintains respectful, kind, courteous, and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills with all staff members, patients, and volunteers. Provides compassionate, patient-centered, care aligned with Willapa Medical Clinic’s mission, vision, and values. Works as a team with other clinic staff to provide timely, appropriate, high-quality, patient care services including but not limited to preparing patients for examination and clinical procedures, point of care lab testing, injections, and other hands-on, electronic, and telephonic patient care needs.

Pay: According to the Union Contract-DOE $28.45- $48.59 Per Diem- day / night weekends, holidays, EOE Delivers nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with a Registered Nurse and is accountable for patient care administered during the shift.  The LPN is accountable to the RN, Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing and is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care.

Pay DOE according to Union Contract: $44.16-$87.32/HR, EOE No medical, dental or vision included Accountability for all-nursing care behaviors and professional responsibilities described. The staff nurse is accountable for the delivery of patient care on the unit during the shift.  Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing care managing assigned personnel and promoting collaboration among the disciplines and practices within the Washington State Nurse Practice Act.

PAY: According to Union Scale – RRT $35.42 - $53.92 – CRT $31.08 - $47.31, EOE, DOE SHIFT: Per Diem Day/Nights, weekends, holiday    The Respiratory Therapist will work in a variety of settings to evaluate, treat, and manage patients of all ages with respiratory illnesses and other cardiopulmonary disorders. The Respiratory Therapist participates in clinical decision-making and patient education, develops and implements respiratory care plans, applies patient-driven protocols, utilized evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, and participates in health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management. The Respiratory Therapist may be required to exercise considerable independent judgment, under the supervision of a physician, in the respiratory care of patients.
