Overview Provides direct psychiatric evaluation, medical health assessment and intervention to clients admitted to Behavioral Health programs. Provides medication management and assessment on an ongoing basis. Provides consultation and education to other agencies and disciplines, including other VNS Health services. Assists in the overall management of the Behavioral Health program. Overview Works as a member of an interdisciplinary care team at a NORC (Naturally Occurring Retirement Community) or Senior Living Retirement Community location and is responsible to coordinate a broad range of health and social services to help support older residents to age in their own homes. NORCs do so by facilitating and integrating the health and social services already available in the community while organizing additional services and supports necessary to help meet the goal of enabling older adults to remain in their community.
