Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Vascular Technologist position is to perform noninvasive vascular testing on inpatients and outpatients, ensure appropriate and timely documentation of studies performed and maintain laboratory space, supplies, and equipment. This position contributes to an effective performance improvement program for the Vascular Laboratory that is consistent with the overall University Hospital plan and with Intersocietal Committee for Accreditation of Vascular Laboratory (IAC) standards. Enhances knowledge to ensure practices are consistent with "state of the art" vascular laboratory procedures.
