Ensures that required insurance pre-certification, authorization and documentation is obtained for billing and medical recording processing. Notifies patients of University Hospital policies in reference to patient care and provides excellent customer services and patient satisfaction. Performs all duties in accordance with University Hospital policy and procedures.
