Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Patient Access Representative position is to interview all patients in a professional and courteous manner. Completes efficient and timely patient arrivals and registration functions. This includes, but is not limited to, Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department, and Pre-Registration. Electronically enters accurate patient demographic information into University Hospital computer system and obtain signatures on all required documentation.
