Overview About the Role Under the direction of IST Management, the User Support Specialist II (Network Services) is responsible for maintaining and supporting the University Hospital LAN/WAN environment. This role provides network infrastructure support, incident management, and problem resolution while assisting with the implementation of new networking technologies.
