About the Role The primary purpose of the Data Uniformity Specialist II (Coding/Operations) position is to review, research and resolve problems and errors concerning inpatient and outpatient coding operations, be the coding software “subject matter expert,” facilitate and track payor coding audits/adjustments and compile productivity and quality data for HIM coding and operations. This is done to support, maintain and improve the efficiency, continuity, and quality of all HIM operations.
