POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct diabetes medical nutrition therapy education, assessment and followup and assists in developing diabetes education activities. Participates in staff and professional development activities and acts as a liaison with all diabetes medical nutrition therapy interactions with the program.
