Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Plans, coordinates, and implements nutrition therapy services for assigned patient populations as a competent-level dietitian. Responsibilities: Assesses patient's nutritional status and needs, deriving nutrition diagnosis from assessment data. Develops interventions and plan of care on best available evidence and best practices. Assesses patient understanding and compliance with nutrition interventions and plan of care. Monitors patient progress; measures and evaluates patient outcomes. Participates in and coordinates departmental initiatives relative to patient care.
