Job Summary: The Nurse Supervisor is an extension of the Nurse Manager and supports the delivery of overall nursing care to patients. The supervisor assists with the supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel, contributes to Program development, and facilitates adherence to policies and processes. Authority: The Nurse Supervisor shall have the authority to assume the responsilities of the inpatient department in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
