Conduct routine tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, and performs related duties following established standards and practices. Analyzes routine test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits. Establishes, maintains cooperative relationships with patients, physicians, pathologists, staff, and other individuals. Relies on guidelines and education to complete job and works under general supervision.

Conduct chemical analyses of body fluids, such as blood or urine, using microscope or automatic analyzer to detect abnormalities or diseases.
Assist with training of students and new Team Members.
Maintain required records, reports, and statistics as needed.
