A Long-Term Care organization in the Albany, NY area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Wound Care .   Duties & Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents while following facility standards and care practices. Manage and treat all open wounds in the facility, including wound cleaning and dressing changes. Monitor residents and provide medications and treatments as ordered. Complete admission paperwork and required nursing documentation. Document resident care in resident and department records. Monitor infection control and help ensure proper infection-control practices are followed. Complete monthly infection-control reports and other required reports.
